Lois is a very experienced Basi qualified mat instructor. She is certified in Pilates for Osteoporosis, Pre and Post Natal Pilates and Pilates for injuries and Pathologies.
Book an appointment for a one to one assessment / class and then you will be able to join the small group classes that will be available with not more than four people per class.
